Initiate Your Request

Prepare the Package
Place the jewelry in its original designer packaging, ensuring the items are unworn and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Ship the Item
Send the package back to our studio using a trackable shipping service; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 7 business days.
